Sally (She/Her/Hers) believes that everyone has the ability within themselves to create a life they desire. As a Certified Trauma Therapist, she also recognizes that people develop actions, reactions, and behaviours to survive the world they live in, and she walks with clients as they learn new and healthy ways to exist in their world.
Sally’s approach to working with clients is person-centred, evidence-based, and trauma-informed. She meets people where they are in life, and she adapts each session to a person’s needs, recognizing that everyone has their own lived experience, including family background and culture. She helps people make sense of their worlds and how to live authentically in it.
In addition to individual counselling, Sally works with couples and families. She helps people open lines of communication, find healthy ways to connect with their loved ones, and she helps to resolve conflict within a relationship.
