Cancelation Policy
UPDATED AUGUST 26, 2025
If you are no longer able to make an allied care appointment, please visit your account page to cancel.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As such, we appreciate notice the day prior to your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes to your booking.
Patients who need to cancel their appointment agree to the following cancellation policy:
- Patients who need to cancel an appointment may do so anytime up to the day before their appointment with no charge.
- Patients who cancel after 9:00am on the day of their appointment will be charged the full treatment price for which they are scheduled. This allows for patients who wake up feeling unwell to let us know in a timely enough fashion so we can fill your spot with a patient from your practitioner’s waitlist.
- Please ensure you are only booking appointments for which you can attend. Patients are able to leave a voicemail, text, or email if they need to cancel their appointment and we will always honour the timestamp for determining cancellation fees.
