Not at all. Our personal training programs are tailored to your current fitness level, mobility, and goals—whether you're a beginner or returning after time off. We'll meet you where you're at and build from there.
Yes. Our trainers are experienced in post-rehabilitation exercise and work closely with our physiotherapists and chiropractors to ensure your program is safe, targeted, and promotes healing.
Frequency depends on your goals, availability, and budget. Many clients start with 1–2 sessions per week. Your personal trainer will help you build a sustainable plan and provide exercises you can do between sessions.
While personal training is not typically covered under extended health plans, some Health Spending Accounts (HSAs) may reimburse it. We recommend checking with your provider.
Our trainers work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring your program supports your overall health, recovery needs, and any medical conditions. Sessions take place in a private, clinic-based setting—not a busy gym—so you can focus on your goals with confidence.
