Our annual blood testing includes 40+ blood-based metrics and follow-up with your longevity provider. By undergoing regular blood testing patients gain the advantage of early detection and intervention of conditions before they escalate. Diagnostic testing provides crucial insights into markers such as cholesterol levels, blood sugar, organ function and more providing a baseline for tracking changes in your health over time.

Consultations with a Registered Kinesiologist who specializes in injury prevention and rehabilitation through tailored exercise programs and techniques. A kinesiologist can help to improve performance, recover from injuries, and maintain overall physical well-being, promoting long-term health. Balance & Coordination Assessment included.

An advanced scan designed for precise, non-invasive body composition assessments. Utilizing an 8-point bioelectrical impedance analysis, we measure various parameters, including skeletal muscle, body fat, visceral fat, body water and hydration, among others. The precise and comprehensive data compiled supports our providers in developing personalized treatment plans and effectively monitoring patient progress. A detailed report is provided at the completion of each session.

Kids Care plan is available to those aged 18 or younger. A parent/guardian must also be a member.
